| Intown auto is great! We take both our cars here even though we recently moved to the other side of town. Brian is very knowledgeable and fair when it comes to taking care of your car. He will give you great pricing and not try to get you to pay for something your car does not need. That is much appreciated when the majority of shops and dealers try to sell you on unnecessary repairs! I highly recommend Brian and the team at Intown Auto! |

| I brought my minivan in for a "mystery noise", as well as an oil change, and a few other things. After completing the maintenance, they were not satisfied that they had addressed the real problem. The noise was gone, but something wasn't right, and they requested that I leave it and let them drive it and make sure it was ok. The problem was found and fixed. I really appreciate the fact that they didn't want to return the van until they were sure the problem as identified and fixed. |

| I dropped my car off at in town auto care without knowing what to expect. They were close to my house and my brakes really needed new pads. I showed up at noon. By 5pm the whole thing was done even though they had to order a part. Super service. I highly recommend them |

| Brian always takes time to hear concerns about my car and make options available that are affordable and reasonable. Then the work is done quickly and I've never had to go back for something not done right. Also, he was very helpful to an out of town visitor who needed quick repairs one morning, and the result was a quick fix, not an expensive repair. Other places often come up with something to fix even when unwarranted, I have never had that kind of rip off at ITA. Highly recommend it! |
