| We've been going to Intown since we moved to Decatur. Brian runs a terrific shop. He's friendly, engaging, considerate, provides an honest estimate and does great work. He also always goes the extra mile--happy to offer advice when asked, quick to return calls if he's away from the phone. I wouldn't go anywhere else. |

| Intown Auto was extremely flexible in fitting me in for an oil change and even was able to leave the keys in the car to allow me to pick up the vehicle after hours. All in all their services are great, they are more than trustworthy and I don't have to think twice about finding a reliable mechanic. |
