I was really happy with my experience with them. I called and was able to get a same day appointment and it was actually cheaper than the quote I got from the dealership (break work done). Also, they were honest about what work actually needed to be done now and what could wait a little longer. I am definitely coming back when I need future services for my vehicle. |

Once again I must thank Intown Auto Care: When fixing a window issue on my car, they noticed a potentially expensive problem with the exhaust system. Instead of just informing me that the repair would get much more expensive, they did some research and then called me that VW might have an extended warranty for that issue and that I might save a lot of money going to an official dealer. They were right! |

I tried IAC for the first time when I was in desperate need of repair for a tire that was going flat. I rolled into their lot just as they were closing the doors for the day, but they still agreed to patch the rapidly deflating tire. After taking the tire off, they showed me that the tire itself had a huge gash in it and needed to be replaced, along with the other tire on that side of the car. The tires had extremely uneven wear and they suggested that this was due to an alignment problem. Long story short, they kept the car and did the alignment and replaced the tires. I also asked them to look at a couple of other things that I thought were indications of problems with the car that 2 previous mechanics hadn't been able to diagnose. Not only did they not charge me for the time to look at those things, they found out what the problems were, fixed them, and there is a HUGE improvement in the way the car drives. Finally, when I learned that my GPS was stolen out of the car while it was in the shop, IAC didn't miss a beat in offering to replace the item. Thankfully, the item was recovered by the police, so they won't need to replace it afterall. I highly recommend Intown Auto Care! |

5 stars always- all of you are the BEST- identifying problems before they happen in my 21-year old car and doing superb repairs at a reasonable cost. I can't thank you enough for the great work you do! |

My experience with Intown AutoCare was a huge disappoint. Simple mistakes were made; such as the wrong size transmission pan placed on my car which, in turn, caused a mess all over my driveway and required a return visit and 2nd day w/o my car. The customer service is poor. The manager, while polite and courteous on the phone, was very casual and did not display any sense of urgency or regret that the work performed was unsatisfactory. Requesting a simple diagnostic update proved almost impossible. I also found the rates expensive; I was quote over $500.00 from Intown, and when I checked with another NAPA certified Autocare center less then 15miles away, the same work, same part was 50% LESS. I?ve taken my business elsewhere. |
