| Brian should teach a course in customer service! He is the best- for instance, I called on Dec 30, asked him if today is a good day to bring my car in for an oil change and he said "We will make it a good day". What a great response. |

| Eternal gratitude. You went above and beyond to restore my car. I truly had not noticed the gap prior to bringing the car in, but you did not quibble. You went ahead and restored the quarter panel, reattached it - smoothed the horrible gap - and all with a smile. Thank you again. Of course I would recommend the shop - and have done so. |
