Great neighborhood shop. A little more full-service oriented, which is good but definitely takes a little longer as a result. When trying to expedite my oil change, i was reminded twice that this isn't a "quick lube" shop. Overall good experience, but only a couple missing touches that could have made it a 5 star. |

They were great I just had a hard time getting in touch. |
|
Same excellent service. Staff are always matter-of-fact and honest. |

Ready on time, charged exactly the estimate, no hassle mechanic! |
|
Great work, but took a little longer than I would have liked. It could have been because it was over the holidays. Regardless, looking forward to doing business with IAC again! |
|
Friendly and very accommodating. Although, it took a couple of visits, Brian worked hard to find the source of the problem. I wasn't charged for the initial diagnosis. The cost was comparable with the market. |

I wish that the communication had been more proactive and that I hadn't had to keep checking to find out what was going on with my car and that it had taken less time. We are so dependent on our cars that it's important to be able to plan when it's going to end up taking a few days. But in the end, the work was done well,Brian was very courteous even though I was probably bugging him, and the price was fair, so we will definitely use the shop again. |

Had to return panel not put back! |

You should notify the customer that you charge $90 for a diagnosis prior to performing the diagnosis. Hitting customers with an unexpected $90 fee is a good way to lose business. Other than this the staff was friendly and service was quick. I appreciate the work done, but in the future I will be taking my car elsewhere to avoid paying a diagnosis fee. |

Communication and status of job could have been better. |

Car had a little below half a tank of gas....when I got it back it was on Empty. Even the light came on as I was driving home from the shop. I think somebody from your shop used my car over the weekend because there was more miles on the car than would be needed for the type of service provided. I do not think I will ever use your shop again because of this incident. I will go somewhere I trust to not take my car on joyrides. |

The work took way too long and was well beyond the estimated timeframe he gave. He never returns calls and hardly ever picks up the phone. It would be nice if he would call and give an update when the work runs over the timeframe given. Starter went out the 2nd time I started the car after leaving the shop, coincidence. |

In town Auto completed my job and for a reasonable charge. Unfortunately that was the best part of my experience. I called on a wed to ask if I could drop my car for service on thurs. He was honest and said to bring on fri since thurs was booked. I assumed this meant he could service it on fri. No. Instead, after having to contact him, he informed me that he didn?t get to it. ?But don?t worry? he says ?we will call you when it?s done?. (He did not call with a diagnosis or estimate....just went ahead with the work) When I asked when that would be he said probably Monday. Apparently they aren?t open on the weekends! (Wha!?). This was a simple job which took approximately 45 min to complete. They had to remove the glove box to reach the part. When I finally got a call, I picked it up. When I got in the car, I noticed that the steering wheel was greasy (ugh) and several items that were in my glove box were thrown on the floor board. They couldn?t be bothered to place my items back where they found them. I might try them again to give them another shot. But as of now...I?m not recommending. |

The oil change at $62.00 was ridiculous . When dealships, etc. Do oil changes for $15.-$20. |
|
Good end result, but I waited 8 hours for an oil change and some general upkeep. They hadn't even started looking at my car until 4 (I got there at 10am), and when I had made my appointment they said I was one of two people coming in that day. Very frustrating . |
