Excellent service and very friendly staff!!! |
|
Car took to long, had to call for updates versus you calling me. Went to go pick up my car and the battery was completely dead |

Disappointed. Asked them to check my tires, told me everything was great. Turns out I had 2 nails! Treated me like an uninformed female? |

Took my Nissan here to get diagnosed. Was asked if I knew what a car battery was besides an alternator. I believe a car battery is definitely common knowledge even though I'm a woman. Quoted $690; So I called around other nearby shops for quotes for $590 & $577. I called Intown back up and said these are the quotes I received, can you come down a little even if only by fifty bucks. Intown response,"Only if you have a basement I can live in." I decided to pay the forty dollar diagnostic fee and drive my car to another shop. Within thirty minutes Roger Jordan Garage called and said you don't need an alternator at all, just a battery. They said you would of bought an unneeded alternator. I am a teacher and would not recommend any woman go to this place. |

Brian Clough had great attitude, nice person. The experience was not good overall because I did not received the services that I was expecting, the truck was not fix, I left the truck for a full business day, the bill showed an additional charge, and I would not recommend the place to anyone. |

Shame I can't choose to give zero stars. I?ve been a customer for around 10 years and always enjoyed and appreciated Brian, the owner. However, my last visit was beyond disappointing and left me in shock over the poor quality of customer service and lack of concern for what can only be described as an ?out right rip off". I brought a pickup in for a brake problem. I also asked that the AC be checked. I was given an estimate for $1100 total which including an oil change I requested, on top of a $100+ fee for fixing my AC (WITHOUT CONSULTING ME FIRST!!!). That makes $900+ left on the estimate to repair the truck's brakes. I was told the truck needed new drums, back brakes, brake cylinders, and a brake booster. Upon considering the ridiculous amount, I consulted another mechanic who asked I bring it for a second estimate. Imagine my surprise to learn that not only had the drums never been turned, but they were in excellent condition (the truck is RARELY driven) and so I had them turned. The back brakes and cylinders DID need to be replaced. Also, the booster was working just fine. Grand total $250. (vs. $900+) I went in to speak to Brian face to face about the outrageous estimate and left infuriated after he showed ZERO interest or concern about his "shady" mechanic OR my clear frustration. This is a guy I have recommended time and time again. He has worked on ALL 3 of my vehicles, as well as, my girlfriend's car. I have boasted about his shop and service to clients and friends, but have nothing good to say from here on out. Thanks for charging me for an AC service I DID NOT ask for and for an estimate NOBODY in their right mind would EVER pay for. I hate to think of all the suckers that have been taken advantage of. I?ll be posting this on YELP and other review sites in the next few days. |
